MITAŞ Academy is an integrated development ecosystem that brings together internship, candidate student, and young talent programs carried out within MITAŞ Group under one umbrella. At the same time, it also covers all in-company training, development, and learning processes that support employees’ technical, professional, and personal growth, while aiming to attract young talent to MITAŞ.

High School Internship Program

The High School Internship Program is carried out in line with the academic calendar determined by the Ministry of National Education, from the beginning to the end of the academic year, generally between September and June.

The University Internship Program is offered during the summer term, and students may complete their internships between June and September. Within the scope of the program, priority is given especially to 3rd and 4th year students.
